round up of the week's training

monday: 2 x 1k swim with paddles
tuesday: a bit of track work in the morning (lunges, squats, core) followed by gym
wednesday: 1.5km swim in the morning, evening long run 17-18km in 1hr 30 mins
thursday: morning gym
friday: rest
saturday: 5km run in the morning, followed by desaru ride. total mileage 120km+++
sunday: rest and massage

good good. base training coming along well. see if i can keep it up when i go back to work on tuesday onwards.
