shall put up my schedule for the week so i can keep myself in-line with training
monday: bi swim
tuesday: bi run plus slope training and core
wednesday: th swim and swim trial, plus x-campus
thursday: bi sprint trial
friday: x-campus time trial
saturday: ihg swim
sunday: bike plus lifesaving swim, and maybe a long run in the late afternoon
God help carry me through all this

ehh dude, you're supposed to have a day of rest. really, don't go so mad now and burn. There is still time to catch up one. PLEASE SET ASIDE A DAY FOR REST. i'm freaking serious.

I got the solution for you. I know some guys who supply steroids. helps prevent inflamation and quickens your recovery time to less than 6 hours. you can train twice as hard and rest half as much!!
how do you think phelps does it? lol
