excellent-o!

made dinner for myself and dad tonight.

baked rice
if u think it looks good, wait till u taste it.

under the LOW-FAT mozarella cheese is BROWN rice, red capsicum, beef slices and egg WHITE.

and i baked it without an oven. just use toaster.
haha!
