training schedule for the week

to keep myself in check

Mon: Hard swim
Tue: Long run (14-20km)
Wed: Long swim 1500m target 25min
Thurs: Track intervals hard
Fri: Hard swim
Sat: Hard long run and easy transitions
Sun: Long bike inclusive of slopes

hope i can pull it off. it's time to peak.
