monday: bi swim training
tuesday: bi track training
wednesday: bi swim training
thursday: 20 min recovery run
friday: 37km bike, 8km run, 38km bike (can't feel my legs after that)
saturday: 500m recovery swim
sunday: total mileage 70km. consisting of riding to carpark E2, one loop fast coastal, and then to church and back home.
today's AGM in church was quite dramatic. some things were necessary, some things not. we'll have to see how God pans out the next few months
