Base Training

After two days of enforced (and much enjoyed) rest and indulgence (subway cookies!) after Raw, i'm going back to base training to start me off for the upcoming season.

My focus for the base training:

Swim: Long swims plus gym to build up muscular strength
Bike: Going at a higher cadence for all my rides, then slowly switch the cadence on to a bigger gear as i go along.
Run: Long intervals plus long runs every week to build up my base speed.

I will come back into season next sem bigger, stronger, faster. Just watch.
